Summary
Resilience Districts: Authorizes establishment of infrastructure resilience districts & condominium resilience districts; provides requirements related to establishment of such districts, including petitions, public hearings, resolutions, size, boards, & budgets; requires resilience districts to replace certain other special taxing districts; specifies acceptable uses of resilience districts for infrastructure & condominiums; authorizes payment of fees for project management of infrastructure resilience district. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
