HB 1073 Missing Child Identification (2023 Session)
Missing Child Identification: Creates Missing Child Identification Program to be administered by AG; requires AG to provide DOE with certain identification kits; requires DOE to distribute identification kits to all public & charter schools; requires each public & charter school to provide identification kit to parent or person who has legal custody of child enrolled in kindergarten at school upon request; authorizes parent or legal guardian to submit identification kit to certain law enforcement agencies. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
