Protected Information of Sexual Offense Victims: Authorizes sexual offense victim, or representative, to make written request to remove protected information which has been published or disseminated; requires person or entity to remove protected information within specified timeframe; prohibits person or entity from further publishing or disseminating protected information; authorizes civil action to enjoin continued publication or dissemination or republication or redissemination of protected information; authorizes specified civil penalties. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
