Sentencing for Trafficking Violations: Provides for retroactive applicability of specified provisions; requires initial sentencing & resentencing of certain persons who committed certain violations before specified date which involved trafficking in hydrocodone, codeine or oxycodone; provides criminal penalties for such violations that are subject to an initial sentencing or resentencing; specifies procedures. Effective Date: October 1, 2023
