Side-by-side Vehicles; Authorizing the operation of side-by-side vehicles under certain circumstances; prohibiting persons under a certain age from operating a side-by-side vehicle on a public road or street; authorizing local governmental entities to enact certain ordinances pertaining to side-by-side vehicles; defining the terms “side-by-side vehicle” and “UTV”, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2023
