Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority: Dissolves TBARTA; provides for discharge of liabilities & assumption of outstanding liabilities; requires TBARTA to settle & close its affairs & transfer pending activities; requires closure & dispensing of federal & state funds; provides for distribution of TBARTA's remaining assets; requires notification of final dissolution; requires forwarding of TBARTA records. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
