Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact; Enacting the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact; providing for recognition of psychologist licenses in compact states; providing that, while authority over a psychologist’s license remains with the home state, receiving states and distant states may define the scope of and act on a psychologist’s authority to practice in the receiving or distant state, as applicable, under the compact; requiring the Department of Health to report certain investigative information to the coordinated licensure information system, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2023
