Florida Statutes: Adopts Florida Statutes 2022 & designates portions thereof that are to constitute official law of state; provides that Florida Statutes 2022 shall be effective immediately upon publication; provides that general laws enacted during May 17-21, 2021, special session & prior thereto & not included in Florida Statutes 2022 are repealed; provides that general laws enacted during November 15-19, 2021, special session & 2022 regular session are not repealed by this adoption act. Effective Date: on the 60th day after adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in which enacted
