SB 1870 Conversion Therapy (2022 Session)
Conversion Therapy; Prohibiting the Department of Health, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Elderly Affairs, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Education from using state or federal funds for specified purposes; creating the Florida Coordinating Council on Conversion Therapy within the Department of Health for a specified purpose; requiring the Department of Health, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Elderly Affairs, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Education to annually publish on their websites educational information on conversion therapy developed by the coordinating council, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
