Summary
Pub. Rec./Proceedings Involving Family Trust Companies: Makes identities of beneficiaries & specified individuals & certain documents in trust proceedings confidential & exempt; requires court to seal any documents filed in such proceedings; prohibits court from releasing any sealed documents or information contained therein; requires court to release such documents & information to specified individuals. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1001, or similar legislation takes effect
