Insurance Coverage for Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis: Requires insurance coverage for autism spectrum disorder diagnosis provided by physician or psychologist under group health insurance policy or group health benefit plan or under health maintenance contract rather than insurance coverage for well-baby & well-child screening for diagnosing presence of disorder.
