Critical Infrastructure Standards and Procedures: Requires agency asset owner & encourages asset owner procuring certain components, services, or solutions or entering into contracts to require conformance with certain standards; requires agency asset owner & encourages asset owner to ensure that contracts require meet certain minimum standards; encourages asset owner to ensure that operation & maintenance of operational technology conform to certain standards & practices; provides defendant is immune from civil liability in certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
