Late or Delinquent Medical Account Reporting: Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from using late or delinquent medical accounts in consumer credit score calculations; requires consumer reporting agencies to provide specified grace period before reporting late or delinquent medical accounts; directs DACS to adopt rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
