Kratom Products: Prohibits manufacturers from preparing, packaging, distributing, selling, or exposing for sale certain kratom products; provides limitation on sale of kratom products; provides penalties; provides retailers are not liable for sale of unlawful kratom products under certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
