Late or Delinquent Medical Account Reporting; Citing this act as the “Florida Consumer Medical Reporting Protection Act”; requiring consumer reporting agencies to provide a specified grace period before reporting late or delinquent medical accounts; prohibiting consumer reporting agencies from including late or delinquent medical accounts in consumer credit score calculations for a certain period after such accounts are reported, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2022
