Patient-specific Prescription Drug Coverage Transparency: Provides patients are entitled to receive, upon request, specified information from a prescribing or ordering health care provider; specifies information certain insurers must provide to health care providers; authorizes health care providers to designate third party to facilitate exchange of such information; authorizes insurers to enter into agreements with designated third parties for specified purpose; provides limitations on such agreements. Effective Date: January 1, 2023
