Certified School Counselors: Provides certification requirements for school counselors; requires certified school counselors to provide certain program for specified purpose; provides program requirements; authorizes such counselors to perform certain duties; prohibits such counselors from performing certain clerical & administrator-specific duties; requires such counselors to perform specified duties under certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
