Delayed Arraignment: Defines "notice to appear"; requires law enforcement officer to issue notice to appear when there are reasonable grounds to believe that person is committing or has committed misdemeanor offense or violation of municipal or county ordinance; provides exceptions. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
