Rec. and Meetings/In-hospital Medical Staff Committees: Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain confidential information held by in-hospital medical staff committees of public hospitals; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings held by such committees wherein such information is discussed; requires recording & transcription of exempt portions of such meetings; provides exemption from public records requirements for such recordings & transcripts; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: October 1, 2022
