At-home Drug Deactivation and Disposal Systems: Requires DOH, in coordination with Board of Pharmacy, to establish & administer At-home Drug Deactivation & Disposal System Program; provides requirements for at-home drug deactivation & disposal systems; requires pharmacies to co-dispense such systems with opioid prescriptions for treatment of acute pain; requires DOH to develop relevant educational materials & plan for distribution of at-home drug deactivation & disposal systems & educational materials. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
