SB 1106 Domestic Violence and Parental Responsibility Determinations (2022 Session)
Domestic Violence and Parental Responsibility Determinations; Citing this act as “Greyson’s Law”; requiring a court to order shared parental responsibility if it is found to be in the best interests of the child based on certain factors; providing that clear and convincing evidence of certain conduct creates a rebuttable presumption that shared parental responsibility is not in the best interests of the child; requiring the court to rely upon specific evidence to make required findings that a presumption has been rebutted, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2022
