Summary
Solar Photovoltaic Facility Development: Directs DEP, in coordination with Office of Energy within DACS, to conduct study of brownfield sites & closed landfill sites to determine viable locations for redevelopment as solar photovoltaic facilities; provides study requirements; directs department to submit report to Governor, Legislature, PSC, & regional planning council chairs by specified date. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
