Summary
Victims of Crimes: Provides, upon request, specified rights to crime victims at all stages of criminal or juvenile proceeding; requires law enforcement personnel to ensure that victims are given information about right to employ private counsel; encourages Florida Bar to develop registry of attorneys willing to serve as pro bono crime victim advocates. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
