Law Enforcement, Correctional, & Correctional Probation Officers' Death Benefits: Requires employer of full-time law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officer to extend paid health insurance benefits to officer's surviving spouse & each of officer's dependent children if officer dies in line of duty as result of exposure to pandemic disease that is subject of public health emergency. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
