Agreements with Professional Sports Teams: Prohibits governmental entity from entering into agreements with professional sports team unless agreement includes certain provisions; requires governmental entity that enters into such agreement to strictly adhere to certain provisions; provides that attorney general may intervene to enforce certain provisions in certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
