Summary
Digital License Plate Pilot Program; Citing this act as the "License Plate Modernization Act of 2022"; requiring the department to investigate the feasibility and use of certain license plate technologies; creating the Digital License Plate Pilot Program within the department; requiring the department to allow government-owned motor vehicles to be equipped with a digital license plate in lieu of a metal or paper license plate; requiring the department to contract with two or more digital license plate providers, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
