Condominium Association Transfer Fees: Authorizes condominium association to charge transfer fee in certain circumstances; limits amount of fee; authorizes association to charge application fee in addition to transfer fee; requires transfer fee to be adjusted periodically & DBPR to calculate & publish transfer fees on its website. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
