Aggressive Careless Driving; Creating the “Anthony Reznik Act”; revising the definition of the term “aggressive careless driving”; providing a civil penalty for aggressive careless driving and aggressive careless driving resulting in damage to the property or person of another or serious bodily injury to another person; requiring certain persons to attend a certain driver improvement course to maintain their driving privileges; defining the term “serious bodily injury”; requiring persons cited for aggressive careless driving resulting in serious bodily injury to another person to appear at a hearing, etc. Effective Date: 10/1/2022
