Driving Under the Influence: Expands conditions under which person commits offense of driving under influence & must remain in custody after arrest; reenacts provisions relating to crashes involving death or personal injuries, ignition interlock devices, & driver improvement schools or DUI programs to incorporate amendments made by act. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
