Summary
Offers of Judgment: Authorizes parties to make specified offers of judgment if certain criteria are met; specifies offers of judgment do not need to include amount for attorney fees & costs; specifying that certain actions involving damages to real property, an offer of judgment may require both insureds to accept or reject offer; providing time frames for responding to offer; provides procedures for challenging & correcting offers. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
