Telehealth: Requires AHCA to reimburse use of telehealth services under certain circumstances & subject to certain limitations; authorizes telehealth providers to prescribe specified controlled substances through telehealth under certain circumstances; exempts certain registered pharmacy technicians from specified prohibitions. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
