Summary
Medical Records of a Child Available for Adoption: Requires certain written notification be provided to prospective adoptive parents regarding medical records of child available for adoption; requires DOH to provide certain medical records to adopting parents within specified time after entry of judgment of adoption; prohibiting DOH from disposing of such records for specified time. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
