Summary
Disposal of Food Waste Materials: Requires certain food outlets, food service establishments, schools, & educational facilities to recycle food waste materials at specified locations by specified dates; authorizes DACS to waive requirements for disposal of food waste materials under certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
