Meetings of Political Subdivisions During Declared Emergencies: Authorizes political subdivisions to hold public meetings via telephone, real-time videoconferencing, or similar real-time electronic or video communication during declared state of emergency; suspends certain quorum & physical presence requirements for specified period of time unless extended by executive order of Governor; provides notice requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
