Summary
Disability Claim Coordinators; Authorizing counties to request the Department of Health to assign disability claim coordinators to their respective county health departments; providing that the counties are responsible for such coordinators’ employment terms, duty assignments, and salaries and benefits; requiring the department to certify disability claim coordinators if they meet certain qualifications, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2021
