Health Care for Women in the Criminal Justice System: Authorizes female arrestees to request pregnancy testing; requires testing to be administered by facility medical providers; provides deferred sentences for pregnant women; requires specified postpartum assessments be offered to incarcerated women; requires DOH to collect data relating to women incarcerated in correctional facilities; requires DOH submit annual report to Governor & Legislature. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
