Summary
Transportation Projects; Limiting the amount of State Transportation Trust Fund revenues to be committed for certain public transportation projects; revising the amount of funding allocated by the Department of Transportation to transportation construction projects for the purchase of plant materials; removing a requirement that a certain amount of such allocation be for the purchase of large plant materials; requiring purchased plant materials to be grown in this state; authorizing the department to enter into certain contracts without advertising and receiving competitive bids under certain circumstances, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2021
