Relations Between Postsecondary Institutions and Communist Regimes: Removes Florida-China Institute as linkage institute; prohibits certain relations between postsecondary institutions & specified entities within foreign countries governed by communist regimes, including linkage institutes, agreements, & programs of study. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
