Summary
Purple Heart Recipient Parking Spaces; Authorizing counties and municipalities to provide by ordinance that the clerk of the court or the traffic violations bureau supply information in a specified format regarding certain violations to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; prohibiting a person from stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle within, or obstructing, any Purple Heart recipient parking space unless certain conditions are met; providing that the cost of removal and parking constitutes a lien against such vehicles under specified conditions; providing a penalty, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2021
