Summary
Organ Donation and Transplantation: Revises provisions relating to certain rules adopted by AHCA; provides certain requirements & prohibitions relating to organ donation & transplantation education & procedures; revises duties of Organ & Tissue Procurement & Transplantation Advisory Board; requires board to submit certain recommendations to agency by specified date; requires instruction relating to organ donation & registration for students in specified grade levels. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
