Communicable and Infectious Diseases: Provides presumption to specified workers that impairment of health caused by infectious disease happened in line of duty; requires certain actions in order to be entitled to presumption; requires United States Food & Drug Administration to approve certain vaccines or immunizations. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
