Mental Health Counseling and Evaluations: Deletes provision requiring licensed mental health professional to be on premises when certain services are provided by registered intern in specified setting; revises list of appointed experts to determine mental condition of defendant in criminal case to include licensed physicians & mental health professionals. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
