Homestead Exemption for Seniors 65 and Older: Revises provisions to require certain taxpayers to submit claim for homestead exemption only one time if certain conditions are met; deletes provision related to submission of supporting documentation for exemption renewal; requires property appraiser to provide specified information related to income limitations on annual basis. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
