Summary
Occupational Therapy: Revises fieldwork experience requirement for certain persons to take examination for licensure as occupational therapist; authorizes licensed occupational therapists to use specified title & initials in accordance with rules of national certifying organization; prohibits certain persons from using specified title & initials; provides criminal penalties. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
