Screening of Summer Camp Personnel: Provides applicability of certain requirements for summer day camps & summer 24-hour camps; requires camps to meet minimum requirements of health, sanitation, & safety & certain child care screening requirements; camp's failure to comply with requirements result in loss of its ability to operate; authorizes DCF or local licensing agency to perform certain enforcement actions; requires camps to register with DCF for inclusion in Summer Camp Listing to be in compliance. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
