SB 484 Combating Public Disorder (2021 Session)
Combating Public Disorder; Authorizing a resident of a municipality to file an appeal to the Administration Commission if the governing body of the municipality makes a specified reduction to the operating budget of a municipal law enforcement agency; revising the prohibition on obstructing traffic by standing on the street, highway, or road; creating a cause of action against a municipality for obstructing or interfering with reasonable law enforcement protection during a riot or an unlawful assembly; prohibiting defacing, injuring, or damaging a memorial; requiring a person arrested for an unlawful assembly to be held in custody until first appearance, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2021
