Property Insurance: Prohibits surplus lines agents from delivering or issuing for delivery property insurance contracts with specified provisions; requires property insurers' liability to include certain coverages; provides circumstances under which such coverages are payable; provides requirements for proceeding venues & jurisdiction of courts for specified property insurance policies & contracts; prohibits such insurance policies & contracts from containing specified conditions, stipulations, & agreements. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
