Rec. and Meetings/Interstate Medical Licensure Compact: Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by DOH, Board of Medicine, or Board of Osteopathic Medicine, pursuant to Interstate Medical Licensure Compact; provides exemption from public meeting requirements for certain meetings or portions of certain meetings of Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during exempt meeting or portion of such meeting; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1143 or similar legislation takes effect
