Support for Incapacitated Adult Children: Provides rights & responsibilities of parents of incapacitated adult child; authorizes suit to establish support for incapacitated adult child; specifies to whom support payments may be made; revises exception to child support termination; provides factors court must consider when determining certain child support; provides for court jurisdiction, enforcement, & precedence of certain support orders; authorizes guardian to petition court for certain support payments; revises exceptions to when guardian advocate may need attorney representation. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
