Summary
Construction Liens: Revises provisions related to construction lien law to prohibit persons not in privity with owner from being lienors & to remove payment bonds; revises requirements for final payment affidavits, priority of liens, notice of commencement, & claim of lien; removes provisions relating to payment bonds, waivers of right to claim against payment bonds, & conditional payment bonds. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
